The Black Maternal Health Collaborative's (BMHC) Pre/Postnatal Yoga and Maternal Wellness Night. This is an evening designed to support and celebrate Black birthing people through gentle prenatal and postpartum-friendly yoga, guided breathwork, affirmation meditation, and meaningful connection with other parents and caregivers. A House in Austin is hosting "Authors Around the House – Toddler Edition". This event is for families with little ones (up to 5 y/o) for an afternoon of music, movement, and literacy. There will be a live musical reading with Mama Zahra of Music Moves Chicago, hands-on sensory play stations, literacy-themed take-home bags, raffles and fun surprises.
