Westside Branch NAACP Day of Action

The Chicago Westside Branch NAACP will host a Defending Democracy Community Mobilization. Teams will go door-to-door, engaging residents on three key points:
- Sentiment Check: Ask residents how they’re feeling about recent federal actions and local impacts.
- Rights Education: Share know your rights information and legal aid resources in case of unlawful detainment and encounters.
- Civic Engagement: Encourage voter registration and provide on-site registration materials for follow-up.
