Third City Studio Grand Opening & Inaugural Show

Celebrate the opening of Third City Studio, a new nonprofit gallery and creative hub in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood, with an evening of art, community, and conversation.
Join us for the grand opening of Third City Studio, Austin’s newest creative space and the first anchor of the emerging North Austin Arts District. Located in a beautifully restored storefront at 5538 W North Avenue, the Studio brings together artists, neighbors, and visitors to celebrate creativity on Chicago’s West Side.
The evening will feature a special inaugural exhibition showcasing works by local and citywide artists, light refreshments, and opportunities to meet the artists and studio leadership. Guests can tour the newly renovated gallery space, which serves as a nonprofit art gallery, classroom, and community event venue, and learn more about upcoming exhibitions, residencies, and workshops.
Third City Studio is part of a larger community effort to transform vacant storefronts into spaces for cultural expression, small business growth, and neighborhood connection. Come be part of this milestone moment for Austin’s arts community and help celebrate a new chapter for Chicago’s creative West Side!
