Join me for my 24th Annual Back to School Health Fair on July 25 at Proviso West High School. The first 200 families will receive a backpack filled with school supplies, plus enjoy entertainment, zoo animals, raffle prizes, community resources, and more. Let’s get ready for a great school year!
